Arrival Friday from 5 pm,

Departure Sunday: 2.30 pm

"Noddfa is a Welsh word meaning refuge, a place of welcome and peace, a place where you can regain energy. We hope that all the groups who come here will experience this in the comfort of the house and the beauty of the surrounding hills and the sea. It is also the name of our centre, run by the Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Mary".
From Noddfa's website

Meditations (Mindfulness & visualization meditations, such as in Yoga Nidra)
  • Simple yoga sessions to allow the body to gently unravel and bring about feelings of well-being
  • Yogic chants. It is said the vibration of the sound, the words and intention of the chant, can have a positive effect on the mind and body.
Come and experience for yourself. Anyone is welcome, whether you have practiced yoga or meditation previoulsy, or not. The rooms at Noddfa are simple, and bathrooms are usually shared.
