200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

Blended learning - 5 online live sessions and 2 weeks residential in the Lake District

The residential aspect of this course will take place in Coniston, the Lake District, to provide you with an exceptional experience during your teacher training. It is most likely you will find this course as a treasured memorable and life changing one.

This Yoga Teacher Training course will provide you with a firm foundation and be the springboard into your yoga teaching career. An overview of the training includes Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Anatomy , Physiology, Biomechanics, History of Yoga, Mantras, Mudras, Yoga Nidra, Philosophy of Yoga, Ethics, Teaching Methodology, Professional Development, Practicum (Practice teaching). You will also cover Yoga Nidra in depth and be proficient in constructing and delivering this powerful yogic practice.

On successful graduation of this course, you will attain a 200-hour Diploma in Teaching Yoga from Inessentia, and be eligible for entry to the International Yoga Alliance RT200 and the nationally recognised Yoga Alliance Professionals.
Investment for training: £2000. The Early Bird investment is £1400 if you register before September 1st 2024.

What is included in the cost: All tuition, assessment, course manual, student support and certificate.
What is not included in the cost: Transport to and from venues, accommodation and board on residential stays, and textbooks.

The total additional cost for the full-board residential stays depends on the type of room you have. All bathrooms are shared.

Private bedroom: £800 (includes food and accommodation)

'This course is for anyone who has developed a yoga practice and has the desire to deepen their knowledge of yoga and / or has the aspiration to teach yoga to others.'
Refund policy:
Upon acceptance into the program, the applicant must pay a deposit of £500 to hold applicant’s place in the program. If applicant cancels thirty (30) days or more before the start of the program, the applicant will forfeit £50 of the deposit and the remaining balance will be refunded. If applicant cancels 14-30 days before the start of the program, the applicant will forfeit 50% of the deposit and the remaining balance will be refunded. The program tuition fees are non-refundable. If a student must withdraw from the program for special circumstances, the program may give a partial refund to the student in the exercise of its discretion. The program will not give any refunds or credits after the training starts. The program reserves the right to cancel any training before it begins. In that case any payments applicants have made will be refunded in full.
