A calm, supportive weekly mindfulness practice for adults — based on Jon Kabat-Zinn’s Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).

  • When: Mondays, 6:30–7:30pm GMT

  • Starts: Monday 2nd February

  • Where: Live on Zoom

  • Cost: £24 per month

  • Join/leave: Join any month • cancel anytime (payment covers the full month). Note if you leave mid month, you cannot pass any sessions on to someone else. 

What is Mindful Mondays?

Mindful Mondays is a live, experiential and interactive weekly mindfulness session designed to help you create more space — mentally and emotionally — and learn practical tools for managing stress in everyday life.

The approach is grounded in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) as developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, taught in a way that feels supportive, down-to-earth, and accessible.

Who it’s for

These sessions are for adults who want:

  • a consistent weekly practice (without pressure)

  • support with stress, overwhelm, and busy minds

  • a calmer relationship with thoughts and emotions

  • practical tools you can actually use day-to-day

You don’t need any previous mindfulness experience.

What we’ll do in each session

Each Monday session will include a blend of guided practice and gentle reflection, such as:

  • mindfulness practices drawn from the MBSR approach

  • learning skills for responding to stress differently

  • building awareness of body, breath, thoughts and emotions

  • simple ways to take mindfulness into daily life

Membership + pricing

£24 per month (monthly payment).
You can join any month and leave at any time — your payment covers the full month of sessions.


Join Mindful Mondays  - Join for February 2026 

Session dates inlcude February 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd.  

Optional: accredited certificate pathway (if you want it)

If you’d like to gain an accredited certificate in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, you can do so by attending 20 Mindful Mondays sessions within a 12-month period.

This is completely optional — many people simply attend because they want the practice, the structure, and the support. If you do want the certificate, it can also be a helpful foundation should you ever decide to take a mindfulness teacher training course in the future.

Practical info (Zoom + what you’ll need)

  • Sessions take place live on Zoom

  • A laptop or iPad is recommended (a phone is manageable)

  • Please make sure you have a reliable internet connection

  • Find a comfortable space where you can sit or lie down for parts of the session

  • Blanket, pillow, eyemask (optional)

Can I join if I’m new to mindfulness?
Yes — these sessions are designed to be welcoming and accessible for beginners.

Do I have to work towards the certificate?
Not at all. The certificate route is there if you want it, but it’s optional.

Can I join any time?
Yes — you can join at the start of any month.

Can I cancel?
Yes — you can leave at any time. Your payment covers the full month you’re in.

Is Mindful Mondays right for me right now?

Mindfulness can be a powerful support for stress and wellbeing, but there are times when it may not feel like the right fit — especially in a live group setting.

If you’re currently experiencing a very recent bereavement, untreated PTSD (post-traumatic stress), or you’re feeling emotionally overwhelmed in a way that makes practices like stillness, body awareness, or silence feel too intense, it may be best to pause and seek the right support first.

If you’re unsure, you’re very welcome to schedule a call with me to talk it through and explore whether Mindful Mondays is suitable for you at this time (or whether a different type of support would be more appropriate).
