During this unique 4-night, 5-day retreat, you will:

Retreat schedule
Our silent retreat commences with an opportunity to converse and connect with fellow participants. By evening, we transition into silence, which will be maintained until the final morning. Daily activities include:

Morning gentle Hatha yoga sessions

A variety of yoga practices throughout the day

Guided mindfulness practices and meditation

Sufficient free time for personal rest and exploration

Accommodation
Enjoy a private rooms with ensuite facilities, or opt to share if desired. Our stay includes:

Your instructor Jilly Edmundson
Jilly Edmundson is a dedicated yoga teacher who specializes in guiding silent retreats. With her warm and nurturing approach, Jilly helps participants travel inward, fostering a sense of peace and present-moment awareness.

Pricing and Booking
Early Bird Price £800 until 30th September -
To qualify for the early bird price you just need to make a deposit, not pay the whole payment before this date.

The price is all-inclusive—covering your room, all activities, and meals. However, on your first night's stay, you will need to provide your own evening meal as the kitchen will be closed. You are welcome to bring your own food, or you can explore the many dining options nearby. Additionally, there is a Co-op supermarket close by should you wish to purchase something to bring back to Glenthorne.
Arrival and Start Time
Arrive from 2 pm—our retreat will begin promptly at 4 pm. After your evening meal we start the silence at 7 pm.
Cost and Booking Information
The cost per person is £800 ( Early Bird- after Early Bird date £860. Spaces are limited, so secure your place by paying a £100 deposit. The remaining balance is due by February 1st 2026. Limited spaces available.

Refund Policy
Deposits are non-refundable unless the retreat is canceled by the organizers. If you need to cancel your booking, the following refund terms apply to the balance payment:

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the retreat start date will receive a 50% refund of the balance payment.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat start date will not be eligible for a refund.
The remaining balance must be paid by February 1st 2026.
