Join us for a one-day Hot Stone Massage Certificate Course at Sanctuary of Healing, Langho, Blackburn, on 7 November. This practical, CMA-accredited course is designed for qualified massage therapists who want to enhance their treatments by incorporating hot stones into body massage as an effective adjunct technique.
What You Will Learn
During this hands-on training day, you will learn how to safely and effectively incorporate hot stones into your massage treatments to deepen relaxation, enhance the client experience, and expand your professional skill set. The course focuses on using hot stones as an adjunct to body massage rather than as a stand-alone full treatment.
Important Information for Students
-
Please bring your own hot stones for the course.
-
Heated stones carried in a bag are preferred rather than stones kept in water, although water-heated stones are acceptable if that is what you already use. You will need approximately 16-24 body stones and 8 toe stones.
-
Students should be prepared to work on each other during the practical elements of the training day.
Prerequisites
To attend this course, students must already hold a recognised certificate in body massage, for example Swedish massage. This ensures you have the foundation knowledge and practical skills needed to integrate hot stones confidently and appropriately into your existing treatments.
If you are ready to expand your massage practice with a valuable new skill, this one-day training offers a practical and professionally recognised way to do it. Reserve your place now and join us at Sanctuary of Healing for a focused, supportive day of learning.
The cost of this course when booked on its own is £140, and a certificate of attendance is awarded on completion of the learning day. A discounted combined price is available for therapists who also wish to attend the Chinese Dry Cupping Course on 8th November: both courses can be booked together for £240. Learners pay the deposit as usual, and the remaining balance will be adjusted to reflect the combined-course discount.
