Participants will be gently guided within this special space, engaging in practices designed to foster stillness and self-discovery. You'll start each day with gentle yoga practices including Hatha Yoga and Restorative Yoga, helping to ease the body into relaxation. As you settle into the rhythm of the retreat, mindfulness practices like Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra will support you in abiding in silence, gradually quieting the busy mind.

The historical ambiance of Whalley Abbey, with its rich heritage dating back to the 14th century, adds to the retreat's transformative potential.   • Arrival: Friday from 3 PM

  • Departure: Sunday after lunch
