Take a day for yourself and join us for a restorative Nervous System Reset Day on Sunday, October 6th. In the serene setting of The Holistic Coach House, you will be guided through a series of gentle yoga practices and mindfulness meditations designed to calm and rejuvenate your nervous system.

Our retreat is perfect for everyone, including beginners!

What to expect

Throughout the day, we'll explore a variety of practices to help you achieve deep relaxation and mental clarity:

  • Hatha Yoga: Engage in postures and breathing techniques that promote balance and flexibility.

  • Kundalini Yoga: Experience dynamic sequences that awaken energy and promote spiritual growth.

  • Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep): Achieve a state of conscious relaxation, allowing your body to rest deeply.

  • Mindfulness Meditations: Learn techniques to stay present and cultivate inner peace.

  • Pranayama (Breathing Practices): Practice controlled breathing exercises to calm the mind and body.

Schedule

  • 10:00 am - 10:30 am: Arrival, Tea & Coffee.

  • 10:30 am onwards: A blend of yoga and mindfulness practices including Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Yoga Nidra, gentle yoga practices, mindfulness meditations, and pranayama.

  • Lunch Break: Please bring a packed lunch. Light refreshments will be available throughout the day.
