What You’ll Explore

Throughout the six weeks, you’ll be introduced to a variety of practices and ideas that support personal growth and a deeper understanding of yourself and the world around you:

Week 1 – Meditation
What meditation is, how it can support wellbeing, and practical ways to begin. Includes guided discussion and practice.

Week 2 – Chakras
An introduction to the chakra system, exploring energy centres through meditation and awareness.

Week 3 – Energy & Reiki
Learning to sense energy, alongside your Reiki Level 1 attunement, enabling you to begin working with Reiki for self-healing.

Week 4 – Crystals & Dowsing
Exploring the use of crystals, basic dowsing techniques, and meditative practices involving crystal energy.

​

Week 5 – Intention Setting & Yoga Nidra
Understanding the power of intention and experiencing deep relaxation through a guided Yoga Nidra practice.

Week 6 – Integration & Practice
A chance to consolidate your learning with Q&A, reflection, and further guided practice.
