11 Am Meditation, Yin yoga, Mantra

1 PM Lunch

2 PM Collect room keys and check in

2:15 PM Mindfulness practices

4 PM – 6 PM Yoga Nidra and Gentle yoga

6:30 PM Dinner

7:30 AM- 8:30 AM Gentle yoga

11 AM- 1 PM Gentle yoga, Mantra, Mindfulness
