Training

This comprehensive training is centred around the classical style of Hatha Yoga, known for its emphasis on mastery of the body through postures (asanas) and controlled breathing (pranayama). It serves as a foundational style that prepares the body for deeper spiritual practices. Alongside the physical postures, the course intricately weaves in the teachings of Yoga Nidra, often referred to as 'yogic sleep'. This powerful meditation technique induces a state of deep relaxation while maintaining full consciousness, bridging the gap between being awake and asleep. As a trainee, you will learn the subtleties of guiding Yoga Nidra, empowering you to lead sessions that offer profound rest and restoration, honing your ability to help others find balance and tranquillity in their lives.

Course fees include training and do not include any accommodation, travel, meals or books during training.

After June 30th 2024, investment is £2000

Refund policy

Upon acceptance into the program, the applicant must pay a deposit of £300 to hold applicant’s place in the program. If applicant cancels thirty (30) days or more before the start of the program, the applicant will forfeit £50 of the deposit and the remaining balance will be refunded. If applicant cancels 14-30 days before the start of the program, the applicant will forfeit 50% of the deposit and the remaining balance will be refunded. The program tuition fees are non-refundable. If a student must withdraw from the program for special circumstances, the program may give a partial refund to the student in the exercise of its discretion. The program will not give any refunds or credits after the training starts. The program reserves the right to cancel any training before it begins. In that case any payments applicants have made will be refunded in full.
