This one-day workshop offers guidance, reflection, and practical tools for holistic therapists, with a focus on both the client-therapist relationship and sustainable self-care practices that can be integrated into everyday life.

Although these may appear to be separate areas, they are deeply connected. The way you care for yourself can directly influence how you hold space for your clients, the quality of your interactions, and the overall effectiveness of your treatments.

By the end of the day, participants will leave with practical tools, deeper insight into the therapeutic relationship, and simple self-care approaches to support both personal wellbeing and professional confidence.

Topics covered during the day include:

The Client-Therapist Relationship

  • Communicating clearly and compassionately with clients

  • Promoting client autonomy and empowerment

  • Exploring what a healthy client-therapist relationship looks like
